Maintenance Mechanic

One of our manufacturing clients is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Mechanic to support plant operations at their facility in Dundee, MI location.**Pay Rate: **$42/hr - $44/hr**Shift: **ContinentalResponsibilities:Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipmentTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systemsDiagnose equipment failures and perform timely repairs to minimize downtimeInspect machinery and identify potential maintenance concernsRepair and replace motors, bearings, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and other machine componentsRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manualsPerform equipment setup, alignment, and installation as neededComplete maintenance work orders and maintain accurate documentationQualifications:High school diploma or GED preferred3+ years of Maintenance Mechanic experience in a manufacturing environmentJourneyman-level hydraulic certification/training preferredExperience with hydraulic, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, systems maintenance and troubleshooting in an industrial environmentAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and maintenance manualsBasic electrical troubleshooting experience preferredWelding and fabrication experienceExperience with PLC-controlled equipmentYou should be proficient in:Hydraulics Experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
