We make time to share the power of yoga together, celebrate milestones and find joy in the present moment.ROLE SUMMARYAs a Studio Manager (SM), you live your power by delivering a world class CorePower Yoga experience, including leading the operations of a yoga studio, coaching and inspiring the CPY classroom experience, creating a premium sensory in-studio yoga experience (clean and safe) for the community, and training a team of world class yoga teachers and mindful leaders. You build, grow, and lead a team of teachers and studio experience team members who collectively foster a Core Values culture. You work alongside your District Manager to deliver results and sustained growth towards all current company and studio-level goals.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIESBe a brand ambassador and business driver for CorePower Yoga in the studio and marketOwn all processes related to the day-to-day operations of the studio including leading the teaching team, and Studio Coordinator(s)Key leader and partner along with the local sales team in generating membership leads to achieve studio membership goals (or new studio Founding Membership opening goal)Recruit, train, onboard teachers and staff accurately according to class count goalMeet and exceed performance targets, particularly related to membership, teacher training revenue, class count and attendance, client retention and net promoter score (NPS).Ability to lead and recruit for Teacher Training (TT) programs (200HR, 50HR, intensives) to support teacher recruitment and revenueCollaborate with cross-functional teams as needed to support business priorities.Foster a community of Teachers and Studio Experience Team (SET) to consistently deliver an excellent studio and class experienceIf applicable, stabilize the growth of the studio, especially during the post-opening period for new studios and through its lifetime, including continued revenue, profitability, and cultural growth of your studio that support larger regional and company initiativesCommit to a minimum of 40 hours per week, primarily in-studio, with flexibility to work additional hours based on business needs. This includes acting as the on-call manager as needed and being available to work at least one weekend day per week.Teach a minimum of 4 classes, in multiple formats, per week in support of studio success and a student-centric scheduleEnsure consistent communication and enforcement of all CorePower Yoga policies, initiatives, and protocols to staff members, aligning with the company’s Core Values, Employee Handbook, and organizational standards.Partner with the analytics team to design the best schedule for your community by communicating the history and preferences of your specific student population through attendance and schedule optimizationEDUCATION, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of 2 years’ experience in studio manager role or leadership equivalentFacilitation and training experience required, 200HR certified preferredEntrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing community and thrives to meet and exceed key performance metrics such as membership, teacher training revenue, class count and client satisfaction and retentionWorks well cross functionally with diverse personalities and styles at different levels of seniorityAbility to work with multiple deadlines with a solutions-oriented approach, nimble as construction timelines shift for new studiosStrong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectivelyTHE FINE PRINT5-6 days a week/40+ hours a week, including one weekend day.Availability must match the needs of the business and leadership zig-zag schedules – morning, evening, weekend, and some holiday availability and flexibility requiredMust be able to move around the studio space, crouch, reach, and lift to 25 lbs.Must be able to step in to teach any class format sometimes with little to no noticeTHE PERKSFree All Access Membership - use anytime, in studio or onlineFree All Access Membership for a Plus One - bring someone along!Retail DiscountsContinued Education OfferingsAccess to Employee Assistance Program (EAP)1.5x Holiday Pay: Earn time-and-a-half pay for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.WHO WE AREAt CorePower Yoga, we live our power by showing the world the incredible life-changing things that happen when you root an intensely physical workout in the mindfulness of yoga.
