TEAM MANAGER – PINK ZEBRA MOVING

Part-Time | $20–$25/Hour | Opportunity to Grow Into Full-Time ARE YOU A LEADER WHO KNOWS HOW TO DELIVER AN EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE? Pink Zebra Moving is looking for a motivated, dependable Team Manager who can lead a moving crew, take ownership of each job, and make sure our customers receive an exceptional experience from beginning to end. This is more than a mover position. You will be the leader on the job. We're looking for someone with strong customer service experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to execute at a high level even in a fast-paced environment. This position will begin part-time with the goal of developing the right person into a full-time leadership position.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Team Manager, you will: Lead and manage a moving crew during customer moves Set the standard for professionalism and customer service Communicate clearly with customers throughout their move Make sure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and correctly Keep the crew organized, productive, and on schedule Perform walkthroughs and ensure customer expectations are understood Protect customers' homes, furniture, and belongings Handle problems professionally and find solutions when challenges arise Ensure Pink Zebra Moving's service standards are followed on every job Help train and develop other team members Work alongside the crew when necessary to get the job done

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate: Has high-level customer service experience Has experience leading or managing people Takes ownership and follows through Has strong attention to detail Can execute instructions consistently at a high level Is confident communicating with customers Is punctual, dependable, and professional Is comfortable holding team members accountable Works well under pressure Wants an opportunity to grow into a larger leadership role Moving experience is preferred but not required. Driving/box truck experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right leader who has the attitude, customer-service skills, work ethic, and ability to execute.

REQUIREMENTS

Must be 18 years of age or older Must be able to lift 50+ lbs Must be punctual and dependable Must have reliable transportation to our dispatch area Must be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment Must be able to successfully complete a nationwide criminal background check Drug screening may be required

COMPENSATION & GROWTH

$20–$25 per hour based on experience and leadership ability. This position starts part-time , but our goal is to find someone who can prove themselves as a leader and grow into a full-time Team Manager position with Pink Zebra Moving.
