Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)Location: Janesville, WI and Beloit, WIAssignment DurationThis is a 13-week contract position.ScheduleNight Shift ScheduleJob DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced ER RN for this position. The traveler may work at our other Emergency Department locations within Janesville and Beloit.ResponsibilitiesUtilizes the nursing process and collaborates with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients.Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies and procedures, standards of care, and state laws practice act.Documents according to standards of care.Performs assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care.Develops, initiates, and executes a patient plan of care according to the individualized needs of the patient.Participates in department or unit performance improvement activities.Utilizes clinical expertise and guidance to support the patient's longitudinal plan of care.Utilizes critical thinking regarding patient safety and patient experience and escalates appropriately.Participates in the professional nursing continuum process and peer review process.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureActive WI RN LicensureBLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certificationsTNCC or TNS certificationWhy ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
