Allied Technician - Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a qualified CRT/RRT to join our team on a night shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality respiratory care in a fast-paced environment.

The CRT/RRT will be required to deliver general respiratory care and will work in various critical care areas, including the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) or Emergency Room (ER). This role does not require floating to other units.

Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory care and support to patients across multiple departments.
• Monitor and assess respiratory status and implement appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage patient care effectively.
• Utilize EMR system (CERNER) for documentation and patient management.

Qualifications:

• Current certification as either a CRT or RRT.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.

Additional Information:

This position requires a scrub uniform in navy blue, and the patient-to-staff ratio is 4:1. The healthcare facility has a total of 176 beds available.
