You’ll collaborate closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Provide therapy services as prescribed by the referring physician Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Conduct speech/language screenings and swallowing evaluations as needed Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly Communicate effectively with families and healthcare team members regarding care and progress Ensure appropriate follow-up on diagnostic findings with multidisciplinary coordination Qualifications Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA required Strong knowledge of speech, language, and swallowing disorders and treatments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Resourceful, compassionate, and solution-oriented approach to care Join a team where your expertise is valued, your growth is supported, and your work truly makes a difference every day. #J-18808-Ljbffr Hudson Wide Healthcare
