Master Trainer / Lead Personal Trainer

GYMGUYZ is looking for a Master Trainer to lead by exampletraining clients, mentoring trainers, and helping grow our local fitness team. Unlike traditional gyms, GYMGUYZ brings personal training directly to clients in their homes, offices, and other convenient locations. No waiting for walk-ins. No selling memberships at the front desk. Just real coaching, leadership opportunities, and the ability to make a direct impact. This role is ideal for someone with strong training experience who's ready to take the next step into leadership, team development, and business growth.

What You'll Do

• Train clients in one-on-one and small group sessions
• Conduct initial fitness assessments and reassessments
• Create customized workout programs based on client goals
• Mentor and support personal trainers on best practices
• Help maintain high coaching standards across the team
• Track client progress and retention metrics
• Support local marketing and community outreach events
• Partner with leadership on sales goals and business growth initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Certified Personal Trainer certification from an accredited organization (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, etc.)
• CPR/AED certification
• 3+ years of personal training experience
• Leadership or trainer mentoring experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Sales experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
