This role requires a compassionate professional who can provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities\n \n Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room. \n Assess patients' conditions and needs while providing timely and effective interventions. \n Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. \n Monitor vital signs and administer medications as prescribed. \n Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. \n Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment options. \n Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards within the ER. \n Requirements\n \n Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. \n Experience in emergency nursing or a related specialty is preferred. \n Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills. \n Ability to work efficiently in a high-stress environment. \n Current BLS/ACLS certifications. \n Flexibility to work 48 hours per week preferred; 36 hours may be considered. \n Work Schedule\n This position is for a Day shift, consisting of four 12-hour shifts from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. No block scheduling is available. Start Date\n The anticipated start date is within the next 3-4 weeks.
