This high-volume, growth-focused practice offers a clear path to partnership and substantial long-term earning potential. With a strong demand and minimal competition in the area, this role presents an exceptional chance to quickly establish a busy practice. The group has a proven history of high productivity and income generation, allowing new members to ramp up swiftly. This independent practice operates with full autonomy, free from private equity or hospital employment. Position Highlights

• Join a team of 3 physicians and 7 mid-level providers.
• Immediate patient volume supported by a strong referral network.
• General urology position with the flexibility to accommodate subspecialty interests, such as female reconstruction and robotics.
• Partnership track available in approximately 2 years, with flexibility based on performance and a $100k buy-in.
• Work within a collegial group that values cultural and clinical fit, managing a high volume of ~35-40 patients per day with support.
• Advanced practice providers (APPs) handle hospital consults, rounding, and much of the daily coordination, allowing physicians to concentrate on procedural work.
• Call schedule is 1:3, with a goal of 1:5, taken week by week, with APPs assisting during call.
• High-efficiency practice model supported by strong clinical and administrative resources, utilizing AI technology.
• Multiple clinic locations throughout the Phoenix area, including Goodyear, Glendale, and Gilbert, with flexibility regarding the primary location.
• Access to various hospitals and surgical facilities.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting around $400-450K, plus productivity incentives.
• Additional compensation for call duties.
• Realistic income potential of $500K-$700K+ early on, with seven-figure potential for high performers.
• Sign-on bonus of $150k and relocation assistance available.
• CME allowance and time off, typically including 3 weeks of PTO and 1 week for CME.
