Job Description

Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current licensure as an SLP in Texas (or eligibility to obtain license)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working in an educational setting, supporting students from diverse backgrounds
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate fruitfully with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans addressing students speech/language and communication needs
• Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate with educators to integrate speech-language strategies into classroom learning
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for evaluation, progress, and compliance with IEP requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development sessions as needed
• Offer training and support to staff and families in techniques supporting students communication growth
