Job Description
Title : Travel Occupational Therapist - Occupational Therapy

Schedule : Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday

Assignment Details :
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements :
- Active OT License in the state
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility preferred (New Graduates welcome; mentorship available)
- Strong documentation and time-management skills
- Flexible and collaborative mindset

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing facility
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
- Complete documentation in compliance with facility standards
