Retail Store Manager | Glendive, MT | $58,000-$62,000/year + Bonus

A well-established and growing retail organization is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-volume location in the Glendive, MT area. This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about developing teams, driving results, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Lead all aspects of daily store operations
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive team culture
• Ensure merchandising, inventory, safety, and loss prevention standards are met
• Partner with internal teams to support business objectives
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of retail or hospitality management experience in a high-volume environment
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop successful teams
• Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
• Experience managing financial performance and achieving business goals
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Business-related degree preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
