Hematologist Oncologist - Medical Director

Memorial Medical Center in Las Cruces, NM, is seeking a Medical Director to join their team. Practice Info

• Work alongside Hem/Oncs, Rad/Onc, Onc Pharmacy, and certified oncology RNs in a fully integrated cancer center.
• Actively engaged in 20-30 clinical trials, supported by two dedicated research nurses.
• Established patient volume with a robust follow-up panel.
• New patient volume of 2-3 new consultations/day.
• Part of Southern New Mexico's only NCI-affiliated cancer center, with ACR and ACOS CoC certifications.
• Participate in bi-weekly general tumor boards and breast tumor conferences.

Responsibilities

• Serve in a consultative capacity only - no admissions or discharges, which are handled by primary care and hospitalist teams.
