Additional Information: The therapist will complete comprehensive patient evaluations, develop treatment goals, document clinical notes accurately and timely, and ensure care is delivered under valid physician orders. Participation in student programs for mentorship and education, self-directed professional development, adherence to state practice regulations, and maintaining licensure in good standing are essential.
