About the Role:

As a Cook at High Point Residence Kankakee, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents through the preparation of nutritious and delicious meals. Your primary responsibility will be to create a menu that caters to the dietary needs and preferences of our residents, ensuring that each meal is both satisfying and health-conscious. You will work closely with the dietary team to maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation, while also managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a cooking or food preparation role.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to established menus and dietary guidelines.
