HVAC Service Technician

Maintain, install, and repair air conditioning, ventilation, and heating systems. Sell maintenance contracts to current customers to ensure products last longer. Perform preventative maintenance as well. Discuss various options with clients regarding heating and air conditioning. Installation of new equipment - Installer only Pay $16 - $20 Troubleshoot and repair HVAC/R equipment. Apply local HVAC codes practically on each job. Provide excellent customer service. Certifications are a plus for candidates. Technicians Pay $25 - $30 Benefit Conditions : - 401K Match is Vested 100% upon sign-up - 6-month waiting period Health Insurance available after 30 days. Commissions accrue from the date of hire, paid after 30 days. Waiting period may apply for other benefits. Only full-time employees are eligible.
