We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Agent to serve as the first point of contact for guests and visitors. This role provides professional service, manages front desk operations, and helps ensure a welcoming and efficient experience.

 

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, visitors, and clients in a warm and professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct telephone calls and inquiries.
• Check guests in and out while maintaining accurate records.
• Manage reservations, appointments, and front desk correspondence.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve routine concerns promptly.
• Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth daily operations.
• Maintain an organized, welcoming, and professional front desk area.
