Corporate Pastry Chef | Greenville, SCAn established and growing Greenville restaurant group is adding a Corporate Pastry Chef to their team. Lead dessert production for a high-volume catering operation and multiple restaurant concepts. This role is based in a dedicated pastry production facility and offers strong growth potential for an experienced pastry leader.Corporate Pastry Chef Compensation & Benefits• $75,000-$100,000 base salary• Strong profit-sharing bonus program• Health, Dental, Vision Insurance• 401(k)• Paid Time OffCorporate Pastry Chef Qualifications / Responsibilities• High-volume pastry or bakery production experience• Catering, banquet, commissary, or multi-unit experience in an elevated experience setting • Lead daily dessert production for catering and restaurant operations• Manage and develop pastry team members• Strong scratch baking and pastry production skills• Cake production and decorating experience preferred• Production planning and BEO-driven execution• Maintain food safety and quality standards• Self-motivated with strong ownership and accountability
