Base Pay: $125,000 per year

Additional Compensation: On-target earnings of $125,000-$200,000+, with monthly and quarterly performance bonuses. Top performers may exceed this range based on results.

Lead a healthcare recruiting team with real scale and impact

Worxweb is hiring a Recruiting Manager to lead an established healthcare staffing recruiting team in New York. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to coach recruiters, manage performance metrics, improve conversion rates, and support a fast-moving operation with a large active pipeline.

You will lead a team of approximately 20 recruiters and help drive full-cycle recruiting performance across healthcare staffing. If you are experienced in building recruiter productivity, creating accountability, and developing a strong team culture, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of healthcare recruiters in a high-volume staffing environment
• Drive daily performance through KPIs, dashboards, and pipeline management
• Provide real-time support and call coaching when needed
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting operations from outreach through placement
• Improve recruiter productivity, retention, and engagement
• Conduct regular team check-ins, performance reviews, and coaching conversations
• Partner with leadership to strengthen recruiting workflows, reporting, and team performance
• Help build a collaborative, accountable, and candidate-focused recruiting culture

Required qualifications

• Experience in healthcare staffing or clinician recruiting
• Experience managing recruiting teams and meeting performance goals
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
• Experience using recruiting metrics, reporting tools, and workflow systems
• Ability to work onsite in New York, NY

Preferred qualifications

• Background in nursing or clinician staffing
• Experience leading large or high-volume recruiting teams
