• Monitor progress and adjust care plans to optimize outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with referring providers and care teams to ensure continuity of care
• Uphold best practices in safety, ethics, and patient-centered treatment

Qualifications

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

Licensure & Certification

• Active or eligible Occupational Therapy license in Pennsylvania
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential required

Experience

• Demonstrated experience in hand and upper-extremity rehabilitation
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient communication skills
