Seasonal Team Supervisor

Job Overview Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store, especially during major holidays. The position requires product knowledge, problem solving and merchandise skills. Compensation Hourly Wage: $22 - $35 per hour Preferred hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums in the range of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may also be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met. Employment Type Full–time. Location Wal‑Mart #1917 170 Town Center Parkway, Santee, CA 92071. Responsibilities Move and organize seasonal merchandise across the store. Apply product knowledge to assist customers and perform merchandising activities. Utilize problem‑solving skills to address store layout and display requirements.
