RTD Talent Solutions is currently representing a specialist group in the healthcare industry that is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager in Miami , Florida .
Our client specializes in gastroenterology and digestive health, with multiple practice locations and ambulatory surgery centers in South Florida.
As Revenue Cycle Manager, you would report to the Chief Financial Officer and oversee revenue cycle operations, focusing on cash flow, reimbursement, and reducing accounts receivable and denials.
Key job duties, among others:
- Lead billing, collections, payment posting, denials, appeals, and A/R management.
- Monitor KPIs, A/R aging, claim accuracy, and reimbursement performance.
- Use eClinicalWorks (eCW) to troubleshoot workflows, audit accounts, and analyze revenue cycle data.
- Reconcile billing activity with deposits and financial reporting.
- Coach teams, standardize workflows, and maintain revenue integrity and compliance.
The role requires a minimum of 5 to 7 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience, including leadership, strong physician practice billing knowledge, and hands on eClinicalWorks (eCW) proficiency. ASC or ancillary billing experience is preferred.
This is a full time, on site role in Miami, FL 33156.
