Lead Customer Success Engineer

Driving customer success in a remote capacity, the full-time Lead Customer Success Engineer will manage onboarding, adoption, and optimization of Veeam's Securiti Data Command Center platform while proactively identifying churn risks and upsell opportunities. Key responsibilities Facilitate customer onboarding, including account setup and stakeholder orientation Analyze platform usage to identify expansion opportunities and conduct success planning sessions Perform technical health checks and deliver quarterly value and adoption reviews Required qualifications 12+ years in customer-facing technical roles related to data security, privacy, or governance Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms, data platforms, and security technologies Experience in conducting technical assessments and driving adoption programs Preferred certifications include AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator, or CISSP Strong executive stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to synthesize technical and business insights
