As a prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associate, you will prepare fresh food items daily for our members, ensuring our warm rotisserie chicken and ready‑to‑eat products meet our quality standards. You will also wrap, label, store merchandise and help members with bakery orders. Your smile can make the difference between a good and great shopping experience. Ensuring high‑quality products are available in our prepared foods area. Maintaining clean shelves, temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser‑quality food products. Preparing and serving ready‑to‑eat food. Maintaining the sales floor in accordance with company policies and procedures: handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages. Keeping the area clean, sanitized, and member‑ready. Compensation The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage at the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid at rates ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
