We strive to improve the quality of our services, products, and operations and will maintain a reputation for honesty, fairness, respect, responsibility, integrity, trust and sound business judgment.Our employees are expected to adhere to high standards of business and personal integrity as a representation of our business practices, at all times consistent with their duty of loyalty to Marway Power Solutions, Inc.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesAct as liaison between the customer and Marway to ensure project scope is fully defined and manage projects from concept to delivery.Reviews and assists with technical outlines, drawings, quotes, quality clauses, terms and conditions and/or other documents to develop and prepare proposals for the customer.Communicates with all levels of personnel both internal and external to ensure timely schedule, cost, and quality of deliverables.Assists internal and external Sales Representatives by providing accurate technical and/or commercial information.Develops long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and utilize follow-up techniques to obtain future sales and/or gain market insight.Answers incoming sales and technical calls from customers in commercial, industrial, military/defense, and other key entities.Maintains and records all data as it pertains to Customer Relationship Management tools.Supports in-person meetings, trade shows, and other customer facing activities.Work EnvironmentThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
