Construction Surveillance TechnicianThe Opportunity:Conduct construction surveillance during building, renovation, maintenance, and modification activities affecting sensitive spaces. Verify that personnel, materials, tools, equipment, and work practices comply with approved security procedures. Monitor access to controlled construction areas and identify unauthorized activity, substitutions, anomalies, or concealed conditions. Document daily observations, incidents, discrepancies, work progress, and required follow-up actions. Coordinate surveillance activities with government security representatives, facility personnel, contractors, and technical specialists. Report suspected security concerns immediately and preserve relevant information for authorized review and resolution. Support inspections and verification activities needed to maintain or restore secure-facility accreditation conditions. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
