We are seeking a customer-focused and results-driven National Project Logistics Customer Excellence Supervisor to lead Operations and Customer Service teams supporting complex logistics projects. This role is responsible for driving service excellence, operational performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability while leading a team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences across all project logistics activities.

How you create impact

• Lead and develop Customer Excellence and Operations teams, fostering a high-performance culture focused on service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient execution, continuous improvement, and compliance with customer requirements and company standards.
• Manage the successful onboarding of new business opportunities, ensuring operational readiness, service excellence, and profitability objectives are achieved.
• Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of operational systems, reporting tools, and business-critical data.
• Monitor and manage customer KPIs, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall performance.
• Proactively manage customer relationships, resolve escalations, and support long-term customer retention and engagement strategies.
• Support financial performance through P&L oversight, profitability management, and identification of revenue growth opportunities and operational risks.

What we would like you to bring

• 7+ years of experience in project logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, transportation, or related operational environments.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing customer service, operations, logistics, or customer excellence teams.
• Strong customer relationship management skills with proven experience handling escalations, retention strategies, and service improvement initiatives.
• Solid financial and commercial acumen with experience managing profitability, operational performance metrics, budgets, and P&L responsibilities.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement.
