CGS is seeking a skilled Personnel Security Specialist (PerSS) - SME to support mission-critical operations for a federal client. Responsibilities Conduct background investigations and manage personnel security clearance processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements. Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives. Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency. Qualifications Minimum of recognized subject matter expert with exceptional expertise and leadership in the field.
