Overview:

Ōnin Staffing is hiring an experienced CNC Laser Operator to join a manufacturing team in Anderson, Missouri. This position is ideal for someone with laser-cutting, CNC, or metal-fabrication experience who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality parts.

Monday-Thursday 5:00AM - 3:30pm, overtime on Friday as needed

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC laser-cutting equipment
• Load raw materials and select the correct machine programs
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and measurements
• Monitor equipment during production and make necessary adjustments
• Inspect completed parts for accuracy, quality, and proper dimensions
• Use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and micrometers
• Follow all safety procedures and production requirements
• Assist in other areas of the facility as needed

Skills and Experience:

• Previous laser, CNC, or manufacturing machine-operation experience preferred
• Experience reading blueprints and production drawings
• Basic computer and math skills
• Ability to use precision measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable attendance and a safety-focused attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required, with or without reasonable accommodation
