At its core, Cloud Campaign simplifies social media management for digital agencies and large software companies serving SMBs. The platform is used by over 2,000 marketing agencies to manage nearly 100,000 brands globally.

What is Cloud Campaign looking for?

We’re looking for an accomplished engineering leader to join our executive leadership team; someone to guide our small but mighty engineering organization to solve hard problems at scale.

A motivator who is a clear communicator and well-organized, with a proven track record of leading and scaling high performing and innovative teams.

What will I be doing day-to-day?

Process: As part of the product delivery org, you will be working with our Product team to ensure the highest priority projects are completed in a timely manner with minimal issues making it to production.

Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse group of engineers. You will upskill current team members, while hiring and growing the team. You will empower team leads to mentor and level-up other engineers. You will build alignment with your team and motivate them around the company’s goals.

Project Management: Taking a constructive approach, you will hold yourself and your team accountable to ensure the highest standard of development, while hitting key deadlines.

Technology Decisions: You will drive executive buy-in on broader technology decisions that impact the current and future state of Cloud Campaign.

Collaboration: Work closely with product, customer success, sales and the executive team to provide amazing products and experiences for our customers.

Compensation

Base pay: $225,000-$280,000

Equity: 0.5% - 1%

Required qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Engineering or similar degree.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• 5+ years leading teams
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred qualifications

• 5+ years of SaaS experience
