THE JOB We are seeking reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals to join our essential operations team as Cleaning Staff for our busy summer season. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our beautiful outdoor amphitheater before, during, and after events. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, often outdoors in various weather conditions, ensuring every guest has a positive and enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive until they depart. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO Keep the venue safe and clean at all time, including by not limited to: clean and disinfect all fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors and walls of restrooms, keep all guest facing area free of trash, restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed. Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned. Show CARE by participating in the venue’s sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts. Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc. Perform simple cleaning duties and responsibilities. Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to Cleaning Manager. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. Perform all other duties as assigned or needed. WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING Requires a high school diploma/GED. Must be highly motivated and able to work independently. Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs.+ and occasional sitting.
