Accounts Receivable Specialist

Immediate opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a top-notch company experiencing rapid growth! RESPONSIBILITIES Process daily banking transactions and manage returned payments through online financial systems. Communicate with customers regarding account balances, payment arrangements, and remittance details to ensure accurate posting. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, claims, and account issues; issue credits when appropriate. Respond to customer and internal inquiries, providing invoice copies, account information, and documentation as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, and support staff) to address order holds, payment status, and account-related matters. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position in Phoenix working full-time in office 5 days a week.
