Staff Frontend Engineer

Passionate about revolutionizing the financial industry, the full-time Staff Frontend Engineer will build complex applications for a Trade Order Management solution, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and AI tools, while working in a collaborative and innovative remote environment. Key responsibilities Apply trading domain knowledge and technical skills to create solutions that integrate design, strategy, and engineering Engage in the entire software development process, including requirements and design reviews, as the platform undergoes asset class expansion Shape and optimize a tech stack using AWS back-end services to develop robust, scalable applications Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on architecting and designing new products Expertise in Java or Kotlin (preferred) or equivalent programming languages Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline Experience applying Design Patterns, OOAD/SOLID principles, and writing automated unit tests Strong motivation to explore new technologies and navigate complex codebases independently
