We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Hospice Registered Nurses to provide exceptional end-of-life care to patients in their homes and healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of palliative and hospice care principles, demonstrating empathy, clinical expertise, and a commitment to enhancing quality of life. As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, the Hospice RN will coordinate patient care, educate families, and ensure comfort through comprehensive symptom management.

RN Case Manager (Home care)
Inpatient Unit RN (Hospice House)
RN - On Call (Dutchess & Ulster after-hours support)
Patient Access Hospital RN
Visit Nurse (Per Diem)
Wound Care Specialist RN

What you will need:

NYS RN License
Valid Driver's License (for certain roles)
At least one year experience in nursing
Compassionate Demeanor
Proficient in patient care and assessment
