• Call shifts: 5 pm - 7 am; 24-hour shifts available
• Call ratio: 2 - 3 calls per day; 30-minute response time
• 5 - 6 patients seen per day; 2 - 3 admissions per day
• Inpatient only practice setting
• High and low risk OB required -- includes C-sections and VBACs
• OB ultrasounds required -- Level I, Level II, and interpretation
• Amniocentesis and complicated deliveries required
• Repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
