Fully Remote Diabetes Nurse Educator with CDCES experience InfiniSource Consulting Solutions, Inc. is hiring a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) to work fully remotely. The nurse educator will help patients manage diabetes and prediabetes by teaching them how to monitor blood sugar, administer insulin, adjust diets, and adopt lifestyle changes. Responsibilities Teach patients how to monitor blood glucose levels. Instruct on insulin administration and dosage adjustment. Educate patients on diet planning and lifestyle modifications. Provide ongoing support to prevent complications of diabetes. Qualifications Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES). Completed NCLEX. Experience in diabetes patient education preferred.
