What You'll Do
As an Associate Systems Engineer, you will contribute to the design, testing, and performance evaluation of complex systems while working alongside experienced engineering professionals.


Key Responsibilities:

• Execute laboratory protocols, perform testing activities, and collect data on new product development models.
• Support system design, concept generation, and engineering development activities.
• Participate in design reviews and technical discussions.
• Conduct performance, reliability, and verification testing against engineering specifications.
• Evaluate system interactions and document test results.
• Analyze data and provide findings to project teams.
• Assist with troubleshooting activities to identify root causes and recommend engineering solutions.
• Support the development and improvement of manufacturing processes.
• Research technical literature and apply findings to engineering projects.
• Monitor work quality and promote a "Quality First Time" mindset.
• Present technical data and findings to team members and stakeholders.
• Contribute ideas that improve processes, efficiency, and product performance.
• Participate in collaborative technical team activities and special projects as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, devices, or equipment.

• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience gathering, organizing, and presenting technical data.
• Familiarity with engineering research and technical literature reviews.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• Internship, co-op, laboratory, or project experience within the medical device, healthcare technology, biomedical, mechanical, chemical, or related industries is highly desirable.

Education & Experience
Required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 0-3 years of professional engineering experience.
