Staff Accountant Dayton, OH 45426 Salary Range- $60,000-$75,000

The Staff Accountant will support financial operations, assist with reporting, and help maintain the accuracy of company financials. This Staff Accountant role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working in a team environment and wants the opportunity to continue developing their career.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports
- Assist with month-end close
- Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies
- Support budgeting and forecasting efforts
- Help improve accounting processes
- Accounting experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Excel experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
