About the Position
- Provide critical care for patients transitioning from ICU to med-surg
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and manage high-acuity patients
- Administer medications and perform ongoing assessments
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams
Requirements
- Active OH or Compact RN license (must be in hand)
- 18+ months of recent Stepdown experience
- AHA BLS & ACLS certifications
- ECG rhythm recognition & SafeMedicate testing during orientation
- Every other holiday required
