Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Behavior Tech to join our team at Champions ABA - MA in Hyannis, MA. As a valued member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality, individualized ABA therapy services to children and adolescents with autism and related disorders. Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy services to clients with autism and related disorders, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address client goals and objectives

• Conduct assessments, data collection, and progress monitoring to evaluate treatment effectiveness

• Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and optimal outcomes

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, education, human services)

• Completion of a minimum of 12 credits in ABA courses or relevant coursework

• Prior experience working with individuals with autism and related disorders (no experience required, but willingness to learn and grow is essential)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and organizational skills

• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends (part-time schedule)
