Bathhouse Kitchen seeks a responsible, detail-oriented Prep Cook who can be an all-around team player and complete tasks as assigned by the Kitchen Manager.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, including dish station and walk-in.- Receiving inventory and properly labeling and storing.
- Ensuring proper FIFO practices in walk-in and organization.
- Trash and recycling removal as necessary.
- Washing of dishes and kitchen equipment as necessary.
- Some light prep work during downtime.
- Maintaining areas in the dining room that require cleaning.
DESIRED SKILLS
- Food Handler's Certification
- Able to physically stand, bend, squat and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently and be a team and a team player.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
* Job Type: Full-time. 8-hour shifts. Night and weekend availability is required.- Pay: $18- $22 per hour.
