Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for SLP practice in Alabama
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred, but dedicated new graduates are welcome
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, design therapy plans, and deliver services to students with a variety of communication needs
• Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to support student IEP goals
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
