Civil Litigation Attorney

Riverside, CA (remote or hybrid) — you'll want to be within 1–2 hours of the Riverside office for occasional in-person depositions. We're an AV Preeminent®-rated firm growing fast across Southern California, and we're hiring two civil litigation attorneys for sophisticated public entity defense work. We want a self-motivated attorney who can run independently and own their matters start to finish. You've got: 2+ years of California civil litigation experience (insurance defense or employment background a strong fit) Active CA Bar, good standing The drive to run your own caseload with minimal oversight Strong writing (we'll ask for samples) $150K–$190K base + a genuinely bonus-heavy model: productivity bonuses, origination credit, and real reward for bringing in business No billable-hour requirement A fast-growing, family-first culture Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 and $190,000.
