Leaky’s Water & Air is looking for a dual-trade Plumbing/HVAC technician in Midland-Odessa who wants more than just another job.

We are already in Lubbock and San Antonio , and Midland-Odessa is our next market. We already have customers and commercial work in the area. Now we need the right person to help us build it.

This is a great opportunity for somebody who is ambitious and wants to get in on the ground floor of a growing market.

Run Your Truck Like Your Own Business

• Marketing and bringing in customers
• Phones and scheduling
• Billing and collections
• Software and administrative work
• Purchasing and support
• Training and company systems

You focus on:

• Taking care of customers
• Diagnosing problems
• Selling the right solutions
• Doing quality plumbing and HVAC work
• Growing the Midland-Odessa market
