What You’ll Do As a member of our Leadership Team, you’ll partner with the General Manager to: Lead and energize your team with a hospitality-first approach. Drive performance by improving service, increasing sales, and maximizing profitability. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members. Mentor Assistant Managers and Supervisors. Manage day-to-day floor operations and step in for the GM when needed. Inspire a culture of excellence and fun — every shift. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of leadership experience in a full-service restaurant or bar. Proven ability to motivate, support, and elevate others. Strong communication and people skills — calm under pressure and clear under stress. Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction. A growth mindset and a desire to keep getting better.
