Substitute Clerical Coverage
This substitute position is assigned to the school office and performs administrative and technical duties. This position assists with a variety of clerical tasks and in general, experiences a great deal of interruptions and public relations contacts with students, parents, and staff. This position requires exercise of considerable independent judgment utilizing the knowledge of school rules, policies, and procedures.
Requirements / Qualifications
Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth (12th) grade One (1) year of experience in typing and general clerical work; or any combination of training and/or experience that could likely provide the desired knowledge and abilities. Ability to type 45 WPM

Employment in this position is contingent upon pre-employment clearances: Department of Justice/FBI Clearance, Background Check, Negative Tuberculosis Test, Child Abuse/Mandated Reporting Training (AB 1432), Sexual Harassment Prevention Training (SB 1343), and legal documentation verifying your identity and any license/certification required by this job description.
