Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Greenville, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and equipment, contributing to the overall efficiency of our facility. Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance preferred.
Proven experience as an industrial maintenance technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
