Overview :

We are seeking a candidate who is familiar with documents used in conjunction with real estate transactions. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the process of reviewing contracts, ordering relevant searches, double-checking vendor work/searches, document preparation, review and recording of those documents for our organization. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail and industry document expertise. Responsibilities:

- Work with clients to ensure their files are ordered timely

- Follow up with vendors on status of files

- Follow up internally with status of typing and distributing binders

- Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure efficient and effective operations

- Review legal documents with external parties

- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements

- Monitor industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for process improvement

Experience:

- Proven experience in New York real estate industry

- Strong knowledge of documents used in the real estate transaction and procedures for recording same.

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically

- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build effective relationships with external parties

- Experience in process improvement and operations management

- Ability to work with a team

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
