Retail Sales Consultant

Responsibilities Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options. Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers and process online orders. Participate in community events to promote AT&T products and services. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets. Maintain product knowledge and stay current with evolving technology. Qualifications Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience preferred. Strong drive and passion for helping people. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compensation & Benefits Earnings for a Retail Sales Consultant range from $16.57 - $20.45 per hour plus commission; top performers can earn $62,460 per year.
