Clinical Case Manager

CVS Health is seeking a Clinical Case Manager Behavioral Health in Louisiana for a full-time telework role with in-state travel. You will assess members, coordinate with clinical teams, and provide crisis intervention to promote cost-effective outcomes. A Louisiana license and 3+ years of pediatric-focused clinical experience are required.
